In our desperation before the perceived victory of our enemies, we can come to God in prayer. We can seek answers from God, knowing that ultimately God’s enemies will not prevail. In prayer we can confidently demand God’s victory and vindication.

Look on us and answer, Lord our God. Lord, You are our answer. Give light to our eyes. In our desperation we come to You in prayer with confidence that You ultimately will prevail.
