May our songs of praise get even louder! We praise God because He rules the earth with justice. God’s reign will establish order in the world. The Lord our God will judge the world with righteousness and equity. Christ’s rule is the joy of nature. His coming gives us reason for praise.

Lord our Great God, may the universe, the world and those who live in it sing praise to You! We sing together in joy before You, Lord our God. Thank You that You judge the world with righteousness and equity. All hail, King Jesus! All hail!

Sing to God for His Victory (Psalm 98, Part 2)

Sing to the Lord our King for What He is Doing (verses 4-6)

May we enthusiastically sing to the Lord God our King with shouts of praise. The entire earth will join our joyful celebration of God’s kingship, with people everywhere praising God for His great victory. We cannot be too hearty in our worship. We can add instruments of worship to sing to God with fullness of joy.

May Jefferson County join the whole earth in making a joyful noise to You, Lord our God. We break forth into joyous song and sing Your praises! We sing to You with our instruments and our melody! We make a joyful noise before You, our King, and our Lord! 

Sing to God for His Victory (Psalm 98, Part 1)

This coronation hymn proclaims the victorious Messiah as ruler over all nations. In light of Jesus’ victory may we burst into praise to God and proclaim His gospel to the nations.

Sing to the Lord our Savior for What He Has Done (verses 1-3)

May we sing to the Lord our Savior for the salvation which He has given us. As God reveals His love to us, may other nations see His salvation. We see God’s victories in judgment and mercy, but particularly in His Son’s triumph on the cross. May we make God’s salvation in Jesus known to the nations.

We sing a new song to You, Lord our God. You have done marvelous things: You have made known Your salvation; You have revealed Your righteousness to the nations. You remember Your steadfast love and faithfulness. May all the peoples of Jefferson County and throughout the earth see the salvation of You, our God.
