God’s Love (verses 9-11)

The body of Christ is God’s temple. As we meditate on God’s unfailing love may our praise fill our society with joy. May God’s people provide joy and gladness to Jefferson County. May our praise of God be heard to the ends of the earth.

Within Your Church, Lord God, we meditate on Your unfailing love. We pray that Your love would catalyze and characterize a prayer movement in Jefferson County. May our praise for You reverberate to the ends of the earth.

God’s Guidance (verses 12-14)

God, our guide, will always go with us. May we pass our knowledge of God to the next generation, so that all peoples will know that God is our everlasting Good Shepherd.

We praise You, God, for Your guidance. You are our God forever and ever. You will be our guide to the end. Help us to tell the generations to come about You.

Glorious things of thee are spoken,

Zion, city of our God;

He whose word cannot be broken

Formed thee for His own abode.
