When we suffer hardships we
need the reminder that the blood of Christ has delivered us. God invites us to
appeal to Him for deliverance from all our troubles.

In the midst of negative
public opinion and ridicule, we need the reminder that God has delivered us in
the past and will continue to deliver us in the future. May we give God all our
confidence and abide in Him, our only place of protection. May we be filled
with praise.
God our
deliverer, in You we take refuge. You are our rock and fortress. Deliver us
from the hand of the wicked. We place our hope and confidence in You alone. Our
mouths are filled with Your praise, declaring Your splendor all day long.
